Shipping policy

All orders are shipped for free with standard 2-5 day shipping (including handling time) on any order amount to the continental USA and all 10 Canadian provinces. Free shipping is automatically applied to your order, just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see it shown. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking information.

In a hurry? Simply place your order and contact us to expedite your order with 2-3 days shipping (including handling time) for a flat $8 fee (no matter the order size).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free standard shipping on any order amount to the continental USA and all 10 Canadian provinces.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to the continental USA and the 10 Canadian provinces. International shipping is not offered.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@saratogahomeonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We strive to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make this process as simple as possible.

What You Need to Do:

If you need to make a return, please contact our friendly customer service team at hello@saratogahomeonline.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Accepted Reasons for Returns and Refunds:

We offer returns and refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. We also accept returns for items that do not meet your expectations. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Timeframe in Which We Accept Returns:

Customers may initiate a return within 60 days of the purchase date. After 60 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

When You Can Expect a Refund:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the amount refunded may vary based on that day's exchange rate. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
